WHY DO I FEED THE HUNGRY?

Read Jodette's story about how she began feeding the Homeless in Sacramento back in 1969 and has continued to do this daily since that time! This is an incredible story! I have seen just a small part of what she does and it moves me to tears. She is so loving and giving. She treats these people with love and respect and compassion like no other human being I have ever seen. Most of us are afraid to even look a homeless person in the eye, but Jodette is not that way at all. She will ask what they need and if she thinks they are sick...only she can convince them to go to the hospital with her. She drives them there, finds out who their closest relative is and phones them with the information and then keeps close contact with the relative and the homeless person to see how their health progresses. She doesn't just do this once a year...she does this every single day. What an Earth Angel huh? She is so humble about what she does too. Read the story! You will love it. It may just inspire you to help someone yourself today!
